The waiter was unknowledgeable about the gluten free items, the “gf” fried foods are cooked in a shared fryer, and the food flavor was unimpressive. The best part of this restaurant was the water and music. The recently opened Earls Kitchen + Bar at the Prudential Center is unveiling the Canadian-based brand’s most innovative sub-concept yet on the first floor of the new, 14,500 square foot flagship location.
